These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through our online shop.
2. Order and contract
You can add our products to your shopping cart and review and change your details before submitting your order. By clicking "Place order," you are placing a binding order. The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as we accept your order by email or ship the goods. An automatic order confirmation alone does not constitute acceptance.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros. Whether VAT is included is indicated with each product. Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order. You can pay using the payment methods offered during the checkout process.
4th delivery
We deliver to the following countries: EU member states. The estimated delivery time is shown with each product or during the ordering process. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
5. Cancellation of the order
If you are ordering as a private individual, you can generally withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Inform us of your withdrawal at office@fleckcoffee.com. Then return the goods to us within 14 days.
We will refund the purchase price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
For certain products, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply. We will indicate these exceptions, if applicable, with the product information and in the separate cancellation policy.
6. Warranty
Our products are covered by statutory warranty rights. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at office@fleckcoffee.com.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
